3) Destroy its economy.

4) Contribute to social chaos as much as you can.

5) Repeat that failure is proof that there are no alternatives.

6) Finance the «freedom fighters.»

7) Replace their irresponsible governments with friendly regimes.

8) Call it «Restoration of Democracy».

9) Suspend harassment and economic blockade.

10) Send ships full of capital with «Assistance for progress».

11) Ensure «free competition» for your business.

12) Repeat.
